1. Facilitate communication and knowledge exchange between university employees and international universities.
2. Communicate with prestigious international universities and discuss the possibility of international cooperation and knowledge exchange in accordance with the university’s strategic plan.
3. Represente the university and introducing it to international forums.
4. Activate the university’s membership in various international organizations.
5. Introduce the international cooperation programs available at the university level and ways to benefit from them and activate the university's membership in various international organizations.
6. Suggest mechanisms and procedures to follow up and activate the benefit from the aspects of cooperation mentioned in the terms of agreements and memorandums of understanding at the university level.
7. Propose areas of cooperation related to academic accreditation with some leading universities and academic institutions through partnership and agreements with them.
8. Conduct studies to sign agreements with other Arab and international universities.
9. Study contracts signed with external parties and submit proposals and recommendations for approval
10. Follow-up and supervise agreements with Arab and international universities or academic institutions.
11. Organize visits for faculty members and administrators to leading Arab and international universities to learn about their experiences in developing their academic programs, teaching and management methods, and to benefit from their distinguished experiences.
12. Coordinate with colleges to identify the training needs of students and the training programs to be implemented, as well as coordinate with various university departments to develop attractive programs for international student exchange.
13. Review and develop regulations meet the requirements of international admission and exchange programs.
14. Supervise the process of receiving delegations in coordination with the Public Relations and Media Center at Majmaah University.
15. Supervise scientific societies including their founding committees and boards of directors.
16. Provide consultations about internal regulations of scientific societies.
17. Facilitate the work of scientific societies at the university.
18. Create opportunities for communication among scientific societies, the university, scientific institutions and various professional bodies in accordance with rules and regulations.
19. Study and evaluate transactions received from scientific societies and forward them to specialists.
20. Supervise the conduct and transparency of the election process for selecting its boards of directors.
21. Receive proposals from colleges and supporting deanships to develop and improve the work of scientific societies.
22. Set general and specific standards for establishing scientific societies.
23. Evaluate the quality of work in scientific societies and their efficiency of performance on an annual basis.
