Unit of Registration and Admission

 The Vice Deanship for Educational Affairs has sought since its inception to give the Unit of Registration and Admission a great importance, represented by the formation of a special committee for this issue consisted of Coordinators of the Scientific Departments in each of the sections of male and female students, headed by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and membership of the team of Admission and Registration Department. Therefore, the efforts of the committee have culminated in excellence- Praise be to Allah- and that happened during the second semester of the academic year 1433/1434 H, and the first semester of the academic year 1434/1435 H, where this success represented in setting a number of criteria established by the Committee as core goals it seeks to achieve and maintain excellence and to provide everything that serves the educational process at the College.

Objectives of the Unit:

1 - Analysis of fact as to allow the construction of integrated information system about all of the students and their academic situations.

2 - Identify the available potentials of the College and the work to make the most use of them and provide the necessary ones as a service to the success of the registration process.

3 - Prepare timetables during the third and fourth weeks of each academic semester to ensure the availability of information accuracy about the situation of registration of the current semester, and to address all the problems that appear to all students.

4 - Determine minimum acceptable hours of study available for each student not less than 15 hours, ensuring him to continue his studies without the presence of any obstacles that prevent him from completing his studies on time.

5 - An analytical study of all study plans approved by the College and to all disciplines to compare them with the needs of the market and submit recommendations to the Dean of the College.
