Supervisor of the Vice Rector’s Office conducts a Workshop on Measuring Learning Outcomes

Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Qaffari, Supervisor of the Office of the Vice Rector for Educational Affairs and Vice-Dean for Quality Assurance at the Deanship of Development and Quality, delivered a specialized workshop titled “Measuring Learning Outcomes.” The workshop was held as part of Quality Expert Program to enhance academic competencies and foster a culture of quality.

The workshop covered several key topics, including the Learning Outcomes Measurement Plan and its eight stages, aligning learning outcomes with teaching strategies and assessment methods, and the use of both direct and indirect measurement tools in line with national academic accreditation requirements.

It aimed to equip participants with the skills to select appropriate assessment tools, analyze learning outcomes results, apply them to continuous improvement processes, and document measurement practices to support academic accreditation efforts.
