Majmaah University honored a group of outstanding students and innovators in recognition of their achievements at national and international competitions, as well as their contribution to serving pilgrims during the 1447 Hajj season. The recognition ceremony, held by MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, reflects the University's commitment to excellence and developing nationally competitive talent.

Among those honored were students who won first place in the Health Track of the Modeling Hackathon, hosted by King Abdulaziz University in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services. Their award recognized an innovative solution designed to address national challenges.

The Rector also honored the student Toleen Farhan Al-Anazi for winning a gold medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations and Technology in Asia (ITEX Asia), held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She received the award for developing an early warning device and system to detect apnea in premature infants.

In the same international competition, students Judy Al-Turaiqi, Haneen Abanmi, Munirah Al-Saadi, and Omar Al-Ghamdi were honored for winning the silver medal for their innovation, an external control device for nanotherapeutic systems.

As part of the University's commitment to community engagement, the Rector also honored students who volunteered during the 1447 Hajj season, including members of the Health Volunteer Team and the Scout Team.
