Majmaah University (MU) won the first-place award for excellence and leadership in the educational sector. This marks the second year in a row MU has been recognized for its success in the 2024 Periodic Measurement Project for Employee Engagement.
This project is a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030 and contributes to the third-level objective: "improving the productivity of government sector employees." MU was honored for this accomplishment based on the results and the sustainable employee engagement criteria.
Mr. Sulaiman Al-Bader, the director of Human Resources, highlighted that achieving first place for the second time running reflects the strong teamwork and cooperation among the university's various departments. He pointed out that the university is committed to investing in its human capital and leveraging their roles to achieve the goals of the employee engagement project.
MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, said that this award was made possible not only by the the university's stimulating work environment, but also by all staff who truly believe in the university's vision and mission. He added that MU is dedicated to boost job satisfaction and foster a positive work culture that enhances employees' loyalty and belonging, and improves their performance and productivity.
