RIYADH GOVERNOR'S WIFE PATRONIZES MU'S GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR 16TH BATCH

Under the patronage of Riyadh Governor's wife, Princess Nora bint Mohammed Al-Saud, MU held on Monday the 16th graduation ceremony for the year 1446, in the presence of the deans, directors of administrations and students' guardians. 

Inaugurated by the national anthem, and followed by Quran recitation, everyone then listened to the rector's welcoming speech who thanked Riyadh Governor's wife for patronizing the ceremony and congratulated graduates on this happy occasion.

As the graduation parade took off, everyone listened to the dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Nasser Al-Othman, announced that 6,077 male and female students graduated with bachelor's and master's degrees from various colleges and departments.

A word of encouragement was conveyed to graduates followed by expressing gratitude to their parents and faculty members for supporting them during this journey. 

On behalf of all graduates, Deema Al-Tuwaijri, a student at the university, delivered a thank you speech to MU rector and all faculty members for their guidance and support during their study which ended up with this great achievement. 

A documentary film was then shown, highlighting the journeys of the graduates and their contributions to national development and the realization of Saudi Vision 2030. The film showcased their work across various fields in both public and private sectors. Following the film, graduates from the College of Medicine took the professional oath in celebration of their graduation.

Attendees also watched a short documentary spotlighting Majmaah University’s leading role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 by expanding access to higher education. The film illustrated the university’s efforts to provide educational opportunities for female students in remote areas by facilitating their transport to university campuses.

The ceremony ended by awarding outstanding students certificates of appreciation.
