Under the patronage of MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, and in the presence of the Vice-Rector for Development and Investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies, several deans, faculty members, staff, and students, the Deanship of Student Affairs held the closing ceremony of student activities for the academic year 1446 AH. Winners of the 7th Student Forum competitions were honored in this event.
The ceremony featured a speech by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Bader Al-Sulami who pointed out the deanship’s vision and strategy for the upcoming period, highlighting its achievements during the academic year 1446 AH. He also acknowledged the efforts made in organizing this important event, including the various activities and programs that were held with the strong support of the university rector.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Qifari explained briefly two platforms for student development: the Skills Record Platform and the Itqan Platform.
Then the outstanding colleges, coordinators, and students were honored in recognition of their performance in the Skills Record, Itqan platforms and the 7th Student Forum. Winners of the forum’s competitions, Student Intellectual Dialogue Forum and the Quran and Sunnah Memorization Award were also honored.
The university rector officially launched the 7th Student Forum Exhibition, touring the different booths that highlight students' outstanding works across various fields. With prizes exceeding 200,000 SAR (funded the Student Fund), this year’s forum featured competitions in:
