MU CELEBRATES AS SAUDI WINS WORLD CUP BID 2034
The Deanship of Student Affairs at MU held a ceremony, in cooperation with the Media Center, to watch the official announcement of World Cup bid 2034. The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) announced on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has won the bid to host the FIFA World Cup 2034, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held virtually today.
The FIFA World Cup 2034 in Saudi Arabia will the see the first-ever 48-team tournament in a single host country which will take place in five cities.
