20250804812Under the patronage of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, the Employment and Alumni Affairs Center (EAAC) at MU signed multiple of agreements with a number of private sectors and Majmaah Municipality.
The agreements signed by the vice-rector for educational affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Oboudi, aim to train graduates to compete in the labor market and create more job opportunities.
Prof. Al-Oboudi pointed out that these agreements focus on achieving integration with concerned sectors and to achieve the goals of EAAC, noting that MU rector's support to all activities held by the center has contributed to improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
The sectors with whom the university formed partnership are: Aram Meem LLC, Majmaah Municipality, Sudair One Renewable Energy Company (SOREC) and Vein Medical Laboratories.
Dr. Saleh Al-Rashidi, the supervisor of EAAC, said that the center, since it establishment, has been offering programs to qualify graduates for the market. A total of 44 workshops were conducted on topics such as writing CV, interview, how to search for jobs, popular sites and applications for employment.
The center also provides courses to prepare students for professional certificates and licenses.
In response to the feedback sent by public and privates sectors, the center works hand in hand with colleges to offer developmental courses such as Business English.
The agreements were signed by the vice-rector, Prof. Al-Oboudi, in the presence of MU rector, and Mr. Zeyad Al-Ajlan, CEO of Aram Meem, Mr. Saud Al-Sahali, director of human resource development at Majmaa Municipality, Eng. Yahya Al-Khashi, CEO of SOREC and Mr. Talal Mohammed, CEO of VML.
