University Volleyball Team achieved the first victory in its history in universities tournament for volleyball that is organized and supervised by Sports Federation for Saudi universities after beating College of Indigenous knowledge 3/0. The university team in this match was represented by Naif Al-Essa, Walid Albasri, Zazan Alzazan, Falah Zaidan, Khaled Al-Mutairi, Mohammed Hussein, Abdullah Alkhulaifi, Ahmed Alrashidi, Sakhr Alzeneidi, Ibrahim Aldehoum, Abdullah Yousuf. Technically, the team has the national coach Mohamed Alhaddab, Abdullah Al-Mutairi as an assistant coach. At the administrative level, Mr. Nasser Alhanou and Mr. Abdul Aziz Alkhakaf.
Supervisor of sporting and scouting activities and the supervisor of University teams Mr. Nasser Alhanou who praised the players for their determination to achieve excellent results that will do honor to the university. After that, there are four more matches for the University team to qualify for the quarter-final.
Mr. Alhanou offered his thanks and appreciation to the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeiri for his continuing follow-up and support for University teams financially and morally.
