New steps to track requests by Help Desk Department

In attempt to improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and at the request of the Dean of Information Technology, Dr. Mohammed Al-Wenien, the Help Desk Department implemented new procedures to track the requests of services provided by IT Deanship.
An escalation management is in place for beneficiaries whose problems are not solved via this email: [email protected] and a reply to the escalation will be sent to your email within 48 hours.
Working hours: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday
