Deanship of Information Technology wins Two Awards

The Deanship of Information Technology won the Silver Medal in the category of 'Supporting Deanships' at the ceremony of the University Rector’s Award for Quality and Excellence at the University.

The Award is organized by the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development.

MU Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Muqrin awarded the Quality Award to the Dean of Information Technology Dr. Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Wenien during the ceremony which was held on this occasion in the presence of the Rector and a number of deans, faculty and staff members.

Muhammad Al-Olyan- a staff member- was also awarded the Bronze Medal (category of Top staff members) at the same ceremony in the quality of performance aspect for the academic year 1438/1439.

The Dean of Information Technology thanked the winning staff member, stating that this achievement is an evidence of the excellent work offered by the staff at the Deanship, and that this award represents all the staff of the Deanship.

Dr. Mohammed added that this achievement could not be made without the teamwork efforts of the staff of the Deanship.
