A Training Course by Department of Accounting on “Corporate governance and its impact on corporate financial performance”

Within its training plan for the academic year 1441/1442 AH, and part of the accounting development week, the Department of Accounting conducted a course, entitled “Corporate governance and its impact on corporate financial performance”.

The course was presented by Dr. Aref Mahmoud - faculty member - and addressed the following topics:

• What is a governance?
• Goals of governance.
• Principles of governance.
