A Workshop Conducted by The Scientific Committee for Tajseer

Within the framework of the Department preparations for the implementation of the Program of Bachelor of Business Administration ( Financial Management Major using the "Tajseer System") for the academic year 1436-1437 AH, and the completion of the sorting procedures to select applicants, a training workshop was held in the period from 26-27/06/1436 AH to review the experience of “Tajseer System” in the Faculty of Sciences and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair within the program of Management of Human Resources using the "Tajseer System". The workshop was introduced by the Head of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Yousef Al Muhawis, Dr. Rafie Al-Ruwidan, Dr. Essam Abdul-Rahman, and the Executive Supervisor, Dr. Jaafar Othman, with the presence of Members of the Scientific Committee of the program, also attended from the Faculty of Science and Humanities in the Ramah, the head of Business Management Department, Dr. Musharraf Bin Abdu-Allah Al-Musharraf, the Member of the Sorting Committee, Dr. Tijani Emara, and the Member of the Sorting Sommittee, Dr. Osama Mohammad Al-Hassan. In the first day, a presentation was conducted for the experience of "Tajseer System" in the faculty of Science and Humanities in Hawtat Sudair within the program of business administration and human resources management, where the presentation contained a description for the functions of the General Supervisor, the Executive Supervisor and the Administrative Coordinator of the program and the relationship between the Deanery of community service, continuing education and the program management. The second day was dedicated to study practical and applied cases for sorting of applications and models of rating some of the applicants. They also discussed some of the expected obstacles and their solutions. The workshop was convened in an atmosphere of cooperation and exchange of expertise between the University Faculties to benefit from their experiences in dealing with their weaknesses and promoting their strengths.
