TRAINING SESSIONS FOR EDUCATION AND ACADEMIA FEMALE AFFILIATES IN RUMAAH

A number of training sessions were held for education and academia female affiliates in Rumaah: The first training session entitled “Skills of Adapting with the Work Pressures” was held on Monday, 02/02/1436 AH from 8.30 am to 12:00 pm. The session was presented by Munira Al Husan, the Coordinator of the Department of Training in the Unit of Quality and Development. 31 trainees attended the session, including employees from the Educational Supervision Bureau, and teachers and administrators from various schools in a number of villages and provinces. The session dealt with the following issues: - The importance of planning, organizing and directing. - The types of human behavior. - The importance of morale for the individual. - The types of administrative problems and how to deal with them. - The types of functional conflict and the administrative solutions for it. - The implications of pressure. - The definition of administrative leadership, and qualities of the leader. ---------------------------------- The second training session entitled “Management with Love and Fun” was held on, Sunday, 15/2/1436 AH 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. The session was presented by Munira Al Husan, the Coordinator of the Department of Training in the Unit of Quality and Development, and was attended by 36 trainees, including employees from Educational Supervision Bureau, teachers and administrators from various schools in a number of villages and provinces. The session dealt with the following issues: - The five secrets of excellent management. - establishing a friendly culture between managers and subordinates. - The types of subordinates and how to deal with them. The sessions took place at the Training Unit of the College of Science and Humanities in Rumaah.
