A Lecture on Intellectual Security for Local Community presented by the College of Science and Humanities

Based on the directives of the Dean of the College of Science and Humanities, Dr. Bandar Al-Yahya, the Intellectual Awareness Unit conducted on Tuesday, in collaboration with the Community Service Unit, a lecture on the importance of intellectual security for Al-Fursan High School students in Remah.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Mansour, Head of Intellectual Awareness Unit, presented the course and addressed the following themes:
Definition of the term ‘intellect’ and its importance
Influences of rational intellect
Highlighting the danger of devious intellectual thinking
The credible sources for seeking Fatwa or religious knowledge and news
How to deal with rumors and social media networks
Effects of drugs on students
Highlighting some of the efforts exerted by the Saudi government in this regard
