Islamic Studies Department Conducts a Course Entitled ( Basics of Qura'an Recital, Sound Articulations and History of Recitations)

As a part of the operational plan of the academic year 1436/1437 AH, The Islamic Studies Department at the College of Science and Humanities in Rumaah run a course on (the Basics of Recital of Qura'an, Sound Articulations and History of Recitations) at the College Building. The course was oriented to the students, 40 of whom attended the course and reacted positively to the trainers.  The course included the following: 1.  Introducing the basic rules and significance of Qura'an recital.  2. Introducing sound articulations. 3. History of the ten modes of recitation.  4. Scholars of recitations. The course was given by Dr. Sa'ad Darweish and Dr. Muhammad Ahmad. The trainees expressed their pleasure to attend such a beneficial course and their wish to hold more developmental and active courses
