Teaching Practices Forum praises the Educational Affairs Portal for supporting program accreditation - شعار وكالة الجامعة للشؤون التعليمية

The Forum on Successful Teaching Practices commended the role of the digital portal of the Vice-Rector's Office for Educational Affairs, especially its Educational Digital Library.

The forum’s recommendations stressed the importance of using the content available through the portal. These resources help unify processes, support colleges in preparing documentation, and improve the overall quality of program accreditation.

Mr. Sulaiman Al-Asmari, the portal’s supervisor, explained that the portal has become a key platform for sharing knowledge and offering tools that improve academic work. He noted that the materials were developed under the leadership of Ms. Rehab Al-Mutairi, Head of the Digital Transformation Unit, with strong support and follow-up from Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs.

Al-Asmari added that the portal is the result of joint work between technical teams at the Vice-Rector's Office. It aligns with the university’s digital transformation goals and aims to improve academic performance. He also pointed out that the portal had previously won the Best Sub-Portal Award at the university, reflecting its quality content, regular updates, and user-friendly access.

The forum was held remotely on Tuesday, under the patronage of MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, and in the presence of Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, along with over 100 faculty members and educational affairs staff. The event reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to sharing best teaching practices and promoting academic quality.
