His Excellency, the director of the University, Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al-Muqrin received in his Office in the compound of colleges in university Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Fahd, Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts, Chairman of the Arab Scout committee ,member of the World Scout Committee, who congratulated the director of the University on the notable successes of the University and the good reputation and the noticeable achievements and its distinguishing activities in a number of areas, including the Scout through the Rangers of the university , he made the call to the University to participate in the national Scout program themed (for a better environment), which will be hosted by Majamaah province collected in the month of “Jumada the first” ,of next year, 1433 AH . Also, director of the university indicated that he is ready to cooperate with the Association during the Deanship of Student Affairs through capturing adequate capacity and support expertise and leadership held by the university, he clarified that the University opens the agreed partnership with all governmental and private sectors through the signing of agreements and exchange of experiences and cooperation for the public interest and promotes the national values and principles and what serves all citizens.
After that, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Fahd, Vice President of the Saudi Boy Scouts Association awarded the director of the University (handkerchief messengers of peace) explained that it is the program slogan which is attended by millions of young people in the world. Supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz - may Allah bless him - which aims to establish the camps that work on the development of the values of citizenship and peace to the Scouts and to highlight their role in promoting national unity and global coexistence, and to highlight the role of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in spreading the values of world peace between peoples, and then the director of the University presented a memorial shield which is a model of the gate of the university new headquarters
.The meeting was attended by Professor Saleh Harbi, Assistant Secretary General of Saudi Arabia Boy Scout Association, and His Excellency Mr. Ali Bin Abdul Aziz Al Ali, Head Scout Section Department of Education in Majamaah and professor Saleh Aldhish Director for Public Relations Department of Education in Majamaah, at the end of the meeting, memorial photos were taken.
