VICE-RECTOR MEETS DIRECTOR OF CIVIL DEFENSE IN RIYADH

Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector, visited the director of civil defense major general Ayesh Al-Talhi in his office, accompanied by Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi, director of PMO and Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni, director of services department. 

A number of topics were discussed related to safety of individuals and institutions. Dr. Al-Dosari highlighted the cooperation that took place between the university and civil defense in the governorates located within the geographical area of the university. He also made a reference to the necessary measures taken by the university to implement safety regulations. “the university is very concerned about minimizing risk according to the orders of the Rector Dr. Al-Mugren”, said Dr. Al-Dosari who praised the efforts of civil defense in the region including the success of “Rabit” system for weather forecast. “Rabit” is a system launched by the minister of education Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa and aims to predict the severe weather condition and the possibility of classes suspension.
