NEW STUDY FROM MU: MAMMARY GLAND STRENGTHEN IMMUNE SYSTEM OF BABIES

In a new major breakthrough made by MU faculty members in medicine, Dr. Mohamm A. Al-Sweid has published a research in collaboration with Western Australia University which claims that mammary gland found in mothers who breastfeed is the primary source of miRNAs, and not transferred through blood as it was believed in the past. An experiment was conducted at Royal Birth Hospital in collaboration with Medulla company.
