RECTOR LAUNCHES TREE WEEK CAMPAIGN

Majmaah University Rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqrin sponsored a campaign entitled “Tree Week” organized by the General Administration of Operation and Maintenance on campus.
Dr. Muqrin planted the first tree announcing the commencement of the campaign.
“This campaign establishes the importance of tree plantation in our students, which express the care and value Islam has given to spreading greenery in addition to environmental balance and peaceful view,” Dr. Muqrin said.
He continued, “Our students’ participation in these events encourages them to do voluntary work and serve their community.”
“I would like to thank the Deanship of Student Affairs for holding such great events,” he added.
Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid al-Ofisan, expressed his appreciation for the Rector’s participation in the campaign together with his strong support of the Deanship’s activities.
