MU HOSTS A DELEGATE OF JOURNALISTS FROM RIYADH, QASSIM AND MAJMAAH

A delegate of journalists from Riyadh, Qassim and Majmaah paid a visit to Majmaah University where they welcomed by Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and a number of deans and directors.

The delegate was escorted in a tour to some facilities at the University like the mobile medical services, mobile e-training bus and labs of medical college, where they were briefed about the function and achievements of every facility. The delegate expressed their admiration with the high quality of these facilities.  A ceremony was held on this occasion to honor the delegate in the presence of MU Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren. The ceremony, launched with a presentation about the establishment and achievements of the University, focused on highlighting some models of media products.  Addressing the audience at the ceremony, Dr. Al-Mugren MU Rector, delivered a speech in which he demonstrated the major achievements of the University. He then expressed his appreciations to the journalists for the visit which deemed essential due to the major role played by media in several fields.   The chief of journalists, Mr. Abdul Aziz Al-Eid expressed his gratitude with the phenomenal achievements of the University in various fields. “ We are ready to establish a partnership with MU in media” added Mr. Al-Eid. The delegate has also required some of the films directed by Public Relation Department.
