The Mobile Medical Services participates in the festival of King Abdul Aziz competition for Mazayen Al-Ibil in Um Ruqaybah as part of its operating plans. Dr. Mohammad Al-Rukban, Dean of Medical College and Supervisor of the Medical Services stated that this participation comes as a respond to the concerns of His Royal Highness Prince Misha’al Bin Abdel Aziz, Chairman of Allegiance and Festival Supreme Committee to ensure that the festival is comprehensive and covered all aspects of education, society, economy and health. Moreover, the Medical Services intends to fulfill its mission of serving the society as well as participating in national events. Dr. Al-Rukban mentioned that the medical services includes a clinic for initial diagnosis, dress and injection, dentistry, fractures, pharmacy, ECG measuring device and ambulance. Mr. Saud Al-Khama’ali, supervisor of the campaign that the initial diagnosis clinic has received more than one thousand and eight cases by the seventh day among which very severe cases such as accidents and strokes. Those cases received the necessary treatment and then setn to hospital. The caders in the medical service promote for health awareness via distributing brochures on diseases such diabetes, AIDS and blood pressure.
