UNIVERSITY SCOUT NATIONAL PROJECT

Majmaah University Scout launched the National Scout Project for protecting the Environment launched under the slogan (for a better environment) in the Sad Park in Majmaah. The initiative, in collaboration with Majmaah Municipality and sponsored by Saudi Scout Association, is an essential project in the activities of Majmaah University Scout. The scout members –under the Scout Leader at the Department of Education Mr. Ali Al-Ali- cleaned the Sad Park and planted a few trees. The project is a start of the cooperation between the University Scout and the Department of Education Scout in Majmaah. “This cooperation is the result of a meeting held between the Deanship of Student Affairs and leaders of the Scout in Majmaah,” Mr. Nasser Al-Hanu, Director of Sports Activities Department. Mr. Hanu also expressed his appreciation to the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hamad Qamizi for his ongoing support of such student activities. Dr. Qamizi expressed his pleasure of the cooperation with the Department of Education hoping for further collaboration that serve the Scout activities in Majmaah. Meanwhile, Dr. Qamzi thanked Mr. Ali for his cooperation in this project which reflected their distinction and great efforts.
