THE RECTOR REVIEWES THE LAST VERSION OF SELF-STUDY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT

His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren received in his office His Excellency the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Mohammad Al-Rukban, director of the supervision committee for the developmental project qualifying the university for academic accreditation, the Dean of Applied Medical Science, Dr. Nasser Al-Jarallah and the Consultant of the College for Quality, Dr. Adnan Al-Naeifah. The final version of the self-study of medical equipment department, which will be submitted to the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), was presented to the Rector. This step is a preparation measure for receiving the assessment team of the Accreditation Board which is scheduled to pay a visit to the university to make the final assessment.

Prof. Al-Rukban mentioned that the university is striving to enhance the university performance and programs to obtain the academic accreditation. The Applied Medical Science College was a leading in this field as it completed all the requirements.

Dr. Al-Jarallah gave a full account explanation about the latest preparation for obtaining the academic accreditation.

The Rector praised the relentless exerted efforts in obtaining the academic accreditation. He added, the university is capable of making more achievements in the future.
