A FORUM HELD BY MU ON THE WORLD METEOROLOGY DAY 2019

Within the framework of the university’s role to serve the community and to celebrate the world days, MU held a forum for high school students of Pioneering School on the occasion of the world meteorology day 2019.
The World Meteorology Day is celebrated locally and regionally on the 20th May by the World Meteorological Organization. The theme of this year is “ The Sun, the Earth and the Weather”.
Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, Vice-Rector, launched the forum which was attended by a group of high school students and a number of experts in weather. This program- part of Severe Weather Unit - is significant to raise the level of students’ awareness.
