OPENNING FOR APPLYING IN 6TH EDITION OF MU AWARD FOR RESEARCH EXCELLENCE

The Office of the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research is now accepting applications for individuals (faculty members and students) who are interested to apply for MU Award for Research Excellence in its 6th edition for the academic year 1439/1440 AH.
Launched by MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a, said that the award was established to recognize the outstanding contributions made by MU staff and encourage them to improve their works to build up the knowledge society, within and outside the university, in line with the National Transformational Program 2020 and in fulfillment of the university 2nd strategic plan.
The award will also help in discovering creative and innovative works made by students and encouraging more students in participate in the award.
MU Award for Research Excellence offers 8 categories as follows:
First category: Outstanding Scientific Personality
Second category: Outstanding Researcher
Third category: Publishing in peer-reviewed journals
Fourth category: Innovation
Fifth category: Outstanding Entrepreneurship projects
Sixth category : Graduation projects
Seventh category: Publishing and translation
Eighth category : Reading
