The intention behind creating a General Administration of Projects is not only the construction of buildings and facilities, but also the creation of a staff that has the ambition and the necessary means to establish the right building blocks and create a healthy environment full of confidence and hope. I am honored to be one of the contributors to serve our dear nation.
