About the Unit:

This unit is responsible for enhancing student satisfaction, understanding their needs, and helping them to adapt to university services. The Dean of the College issues a decision to assign its head.

Responsibilities:

1 - Follow up on the departure of students from the college in cooperation with the General Administration of Services.

2 - Organizing student activity transportation requests and supervising them to ensure everyone's safety.

3 - Coordinating with the college's transportation services offices if any delay of transportation trips occured due to severe weather conditions.

4- Addressing some inappropriate behaviors (that violate the provisions of Islamic law and public morals) and promoting sound behaviors.
