Phases of Project

First phase (from Muharram 1435 to end of Rabi Alawwal 1436).

This period includes setting the plan and the formation of the executive committees.

Second phase (from Rabi Althani 1435 to end of Jumad Althani 1436).

This period includes: executing the developmental plan, conducting internal audit and preparing for external audit to meet the requirements of academic accreditation.

Third phase (from Rajab 1436 to end of Sha’aban 1436). This period includes conducting the external audit at the institutional level.
