In 1435 H. the rector enforced the decree No. 649 dated on 12/10/1434 which separates the general administration of operation and maintenance from the general administration of projects and technical affairs in order to be an autonomous department, under the name of the general administration of operation and maintenance affiliated to the university recotrat. It aims at keeping the facilities and the buildings of the university in good conditions and rehabilitating the convenient environment for various sectors of the university to perfectly perform their entitled duties .
