In the presence of the director and heads of departments, the third consultative meeting was held on Wednesday to address multiple topics, including:
- Follow up on the recommendations of the previous minutes.
- Discussing the job performance charter.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing, represented by Department of Housing, warned residents about storing personal property outside residential units. The Administration thanked those who were cooperative.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing in cooperation with the General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment inspected and replaced fire extinguishers at the housing of faculty members. This procedures was taken to ensure the safety of residents.
Under the supervision of the vice-rector and head of housing committee, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the General Administration for Facilities and Housing handed over residential units to applicants for the year 1443 AH.
In response to the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the rain prayer was performed at the university housing in Majmaah on Monday.
Intensive tours were made by a team from the General Administration of Facilities on all rooftops in all university buildings to ensure their safety.
A supervisor from the Facilities and Housing carried out a tour of inspection to the building of College of Dentistry in Zulfi. She commended the efforts exerted to maintain the building in a good condition.
The General Administration of Utilities and Housing participated in the campaign to confront violence against women, which is held under the slogan (16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence).
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing was thanked by the College of Education in Zulfi for its participation in the volunteer forum and associated exhibition on the world volunteer day.
The Administration participated in a forum and exhibition held on the World Volunteer Day under the patronage of the vice-rector.

In the presence of heads of departments, the second consultative meeting for the year 1443 was chaired by the director general on Wednesday. Several topics on the agenda were discussed:
- The importance of following up the CMS and ensuring that all transactions are completed.
The Social Responsibility Observatory held on Tuesday a workshop entitled "eradicating illiteracy about environment is the way to having a green Saudi".
The Supervisory Quality Team at the Administration held the first meeting on Monday.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing received a letter of thanks from the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, who reviewed a report featuring the Administration's efforts on the national day 91.
A number of events were held in the General Administration of Facilities and Housing, to celebrate the 91st National Day under the theme (It is our home). The event targeted children and aimed inculcate among them values of citizenship.
