Take part in investigation committees and disciplinary procedures involving university employees within the scope of authorized powers.
Overseeing the workflow of university personnel, issuing warnings regarding potential legal violations, and taking disciplinary action against individuals who persist in non-compliance, following approval from the authorized official.
Establishing both digital and physical databases that encompass the university’s legal systems and regulations, updated according to the latest amendments. This also includes maintaining ongoing communication with higher regulatory bodies, such as the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, and reviewing administrative court rulings from the Board of Grievances—particularly those involving other educational institutions—for reference and application within the university’s legal framework.
