In view of the huge demand on Higher Education by all society segments of various age groups which compels Specialists in this field to meet that increasing demand as well as providing all required facilities to fulfill that social demand.  Based on the belief of the leaders of this blessed country in the importance of Higher Education and its significant role in nation development, the 2nd phase was launched represented by universities of districts for serving civil societies in small cities to be a source of developing these societies as well as keeping up with the country development plans.
