2. Strengthening relationships and maintaining connections between the college and its graduates.

3. Following up on the professional and personal affairs of the graduates.

4. Creating a database of college graduates and their work places

Responsibilities

1. Sending the required forms to the training supervisor.

2. Coordinating with the training supervisor regarding the final evaluation during the training period and ensuring its submission to the training unit.

3. Identifying various training areas.

4. Assisting students in adapting to the work environment.

اختصاصات الوحدة

١/ إرسال النماذج المطلوبة الى مشرف التدريب في المواعيد المحددة.

٢/ التنسيق مع المشرف التدريبي للجهة المدربة فيما يتعلق بالتقييم النهائي خلال فترة التدريب والتأكد من إرساله الى وحدة التدريب.

٣/ تحديد مجالات التدريب المختلفة. 

٤/ مساعدة الطلاب على التكيف مع بيئة العمل.

٥/ ربط الدراسة النظرية بالواقع العملي.

٦/ اتاحة الفرصة للشركات - المؤسسات لتحديد الكوادر المميزة لجذبهم عند التخرج.

٧/ مساعدة الطلاب على اكتساب مهارة إعداد وكتابة التقارير الفنية.

٨/ تنمية المهارات التواصلية للطلاب.
