مهام الوحدة

١/ العمل على توفير متطلبات العملية التعليمية والبحثية والإدارية في مقر الطالبات. 

٢/ اعداد الخطية التشغيلية لأقسام الطالبات. 

٣/ تطبيق خطط السلامة والإخلاء في أحوال الطوارئ بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

٤/ إجراء برامج التفاعل والتكامل من خلال الأنشطة والفعاليات والمسابقات العلمية والثقافية والرياضية المشتركة على مستوى الجامعة.

٥/ خلق فرص للطالبات للمشاركة مع مجتمع الجامعة. 

Responsibilities:

1. Provide educational, research, and administrative needs.

2. Set operational plans for the female students' departments.

3. Implement safety and evacuation plans in emergency situations in coordination with the relevant authorities.

4. Organize interaction and integration programs through joint scientific, cultural, and sports activities and competitions at the university level.

١/ تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب والطالبات والباحثين المتميزين على المشاركة في الأنشطة التطوعية ونشر ثقافة التطوع.

٢/ العمل على ربط الجامعة بالمجتمع المحيط والمساهمة في تطويره.

٣/ إبراز دور الكلية إعلاميا في العمل المجتمعي وتنظيم المشاركات في المناسبات 

٤/ استقطاب منسوبي الكلية إعلاميا في العمل المجتمعي وتنظيم المشاركات في المناسبات العالمية والوطنية.

٥/ تطوير الخدمات المقدمة لخدمة المجتمع

٦/ توثيق واعداد تقارير عن أنشطة خدمة المجتمع.

٧/ الربط بين الدارسة الاكاديمية وخدمة المجتمع 

Encourage faculty members, students, and researchers to participate in voluntary activities and promote the culture of volunteerism.

• Link the university with the surrounding community and contribute to its development.

• Highlight the college's role in community work through media and organize participation in events.

  ١/ متابعة تنسيق خروج طالبات النقل من الكلية بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للخدمات . 

٢/ تنظيم أعمال طلبات نقل الأنشطة الطلابية ورفع الطلب من خلال الأنظمة الالكترونية الخاصة بذلك، والإشراف على الرحلة وتكليف من يوكل لها الذهاب والإياب مع الطالبات بما يضمن سلامة الجميع . 

٣/ التنسيق مع مكاتب خدمات النقل بالكلية حيال تأخر رحلات النقل بسبب الظروف المناخية الطارئة. 

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Coordinating the transportation of female students from the college in collaboration with the General Administration of Services.

2. Organizing requests for student activity transportation, submitting the request through the relevant electronic systems, overseeing the trip, and designating a responsible person for both the departure and return to ensure the safety of all students.

• Responsibilities 

• Conducting studies related to the college’s needs for laboratories, supporting equipment, and software in coordination with academic departments.

• Supervising the laboratory settings within the college's lab in coordination with academic departments.

• Following up with companies regarding the supply of scientific equipment in coordination with academic departments.
