Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Coordinating the transportation of female students from the college in collaboration with the General Administration of Services.

2. Organizing requests for student activity transportation, submitting the request through the relevant electronic systems, overseeing the trip, and designating a responsible person for both the departure and return to ensure the safety of all students.

٤/ المتابعة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة فيما يتعلق بصيانة وتشغيل الأجهزة العلمية.

٥/ متابعة إنشاء المعامل المركزية بالكلية بالتنسيق مع الأقسام العلمية.

٦/ العمل على وضع الخطط التطويرية للمعامل بالكلية بالتنسيق مع الاقسام العلمية.

• Responsibilities 

• Conducting studies related to the college’s needs for laboratories, supporting equipment, and software in coordination with academic departments.

• Supervising the laboratory settings within the college's lab in coordination with academic departments.

• Following up with companies regarding the supply of scientific equipment in coordination with academic departments.

هي وحدة تهتم ببناء الخطط الدراسية وتطويرها لتحسين مخرجات التعليم وتحقيق توافقها مع معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي. بإعداد الجداول الدراسية وتوزيعها وفق تخصصات الهيئة التدريسية وتنظيم عملية التسجيل والحذف والإضافة المقررات الكلية المختلفة، وتحديد وبناء وتطوير معايير القياس والتقويم للطلاب ومتابعة عمليات التقويم في برامج الكلية المختلفة كما تختص بتنظيم لجان الاختبارات وتوزيع المراقبين، واستقبال أوراق الاختبار من الكليات الأخرى، والاختبارات الفصلية، والاختبارات البديلة، ويصدر قرار تكليف رئيسها من قبل عميد الكلية.

This unit is responsible for developing and improving academic curricula to enhance educational outcomes and ensure alignment with academic accreditation standards. It is also assigned to design course schedules based on faculty specializations, managing the registration, withdrawal, and add/drop processes for the college’s various courses, and setting and developing student assessment and evaluation standards. The unit also oversees evaluation processes across the college’s academic programs.
