Unit of Excellence in Teaching and Learning
Tasks
* Development of the capacities of faculty members in the skills of teaching and learning, through the support of faculty members and reward them, as well as the provision of stimulating academic environment that is supportive for excellence and creativity in teaching and learning.
* Set plans to assess and develop different academic programs in the light of the requirements of quality, and the need of labor market, and encourage creative thinking.

Committee of Schedules
Tasks:
* Working on the preparation of schedules to deliver them in a timely manner.
* Follow-up the commitment of department to the policy of the college in the preparation of timetables.
* Review the teaching burden of the faculty member.
* Formation of an annual committee to distribute the courses on the halls of the college.
Unit of Plans and Study Programs
Tasks
* Develop the specifications and required standards in the preparation of plans and study programs, in line with the standards of the National Commission for Assessment and Academic Accreditation.
* Study the plans in the college and assess them in accordance with the standards, controls, and mechanisms, as well as the recommendation for adoption. Development of plans and study programs, and supporting the academic department to access study plans with high-quality .
