Community Service Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Monitor, regulate, and document the activities of community service and develop them.

 

2- Follow-up the documentation of activities (including consultations, therapeutic services, and lectures and so on)

 

3- Develop the college's participation in the activities and events of community service.

 

4- Contacting with the deanships and committees being responsible for the community service in order to conduct and execute the community programs of dental healthcare.

Scientific Affairs Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Regulating the scholarship of teaching assistant and lecturers verify the validity of their academic programs.

 

2- Following-up the academic progress of the demonstrators, teaching assistants, and lecturers during the course of their academic study, which has to be proven in written reports, based on the coordination with the departments.

 

3- Designing a database concerned with the demonstrators, lecturers, and scholars.

 

Scientific Research Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- To prioritize the strategies of the scientific research committee and implement its recommendations.

 

2- To conduct regular research activities in the college.

 

3- To focus on the professional development of the staff members and the students in order to improve the research quality.

 

4- To work in association with the basic health sciences research center and scientific research deanship with the aim of research support.

 

Postgraduate Studies Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Rehabilitating the infrastructure deemed as a prerequisite condition for the accreditation of the college as an approve training for graduate programs for the dental fellowship in all dental specialties.

 

2- To provide the graduate student with a broad and deep scientific base for the desired field of specialization that he plans for in the future.
