Duration of program: Four semesters
Admission requirements:
- The applicant must hold a regular Bachelor's degree in (Law - Regulations - Law - Sharia - Judiciary).
- The applicant must have a GPA of 3.25 out of 5 or equivalent.
- Attach a graduate aptitude test.
- Attach two academic references.
The relative weighting of the admission criteria is 50% Bachelor's degree.

- Providing the Saudi labor market with specialists of distinguished scientific competencies that specialize in the field of private law; able to deal with contemporary legal issues and their modern applications.
- Creating an educational and stimulating environment that focuses on developing students' cognitive and practical skills and enhancing their ability to think critically and analytically.
- Developing specialized legal scientific research in line with the legislative and judicial development within the Saudi, regional and international community.
- Enabling students to understand and apply specialized and in-depth legal knowledge in the field of private law effectively, and find solutions to complex legal issues in a way that contributes to achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.
- Working in the legal departments of all government agencies, both civilian and military.
- Work at the Public Prosecution.
- Work in legal positions at the Ministry of Justice.
- Work in the expert body of the Council of Ministers and the Shura Council.

- Work in the secretariats of committees with judicial jurisdiction.

- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a Saudi university or a recognized university.
- If employed, must obtain approval from their employer.
- Must achieve at least 70% in the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates.
- Must present proof of English language proficiency, such as TOEFL, IELTS, STEP, or an equivalent certification.
- Must pass the entrance exams conducted by the department.
