About Program
Students study the college's core requirements, which include mathematics, science, and programming. These requirements provide students with a solid foundation in computer science and analytical skills, as well as a solid grasp of the fundamentals of computer science and basic technical information. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of computer science and computer engineering, as well as training in various fields, including programming languages, computer graphics, algorithm design and analysis, artificial intelligence, software engineering, human-computer interactions, network security, and database management systems. In the final stages of study, students choose one of the academic tracks, including the Artificial Intelligence track, where they study advanced courses such as computer vision, intelligent agents, machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, artificial neural networks, and selected topics in artificial intelligence.
The program aims to:
- Serve the educational process primarily and intensively for undergraduate students in computer science and information technology.
- Provide a distinguished study environment to help students achieve optimal academic achievement through state-of-the-art laboratories and classrooms.
- Link theoretical studies in computer science and information technology with practical applications and practices.
- Direct curricula in academic departments to meet the needs and requirements of the labor market.
- Develop students' leadership and entrepreneurial skills and update them on the latest developments in computer science and information technology.
- Serve the research process and graduate studies in a balanced manner that aligns with quality assurance requirements in the educational process and achieves academic accreditation for the college's programs and departments.
- Provide learning and scientific research resources through the university library and global research databases.
- Obtain academic accreditation (nationally and internationally) for all programs in the college.
- Direct research to assist the local community and motivate students to participate in research.
