Message from the Director
The University Council is the supreme authority for university affairs and has the authority to set the policies to be followed. It is also responsible for managing the university’s academic, scientific, and administrative affairs, implementing general policies, and taking the decisions it deems necessary to achieve the objectives for which the university was established.
The University Management Council Secretariat is the executive body that supports the Secretary of the University Council in carrying out his duties. It examines and prepares all matters to be presented to the University Council and provides an appropriate environment for addressing university issues.
The University Management Council Secretariat also supports the Rector in the decision-making process and serves as a forum in which future matters and university-wide strategies are discussed.

What We Offer?
The University Management Council Secretariat serves as an executive administrative body that facilitate the work of the University Council. It provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial services related to Council affairs, in full compliance with the Council’s regulations and the directives issued by senior university leadership.
Organizationally, the Secretariat reports to the Secretary of the University Council and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and smooth operation of Council activities.
