Social Responsibility Observatory hosts a Workshop on Supply Chain and Logistics Management

The Social Responsibility Observatory in collaboration with the Volunteerism and Community Service Unit at the College of Business Administration, organized a workshop titled "Supply Chain and Logistics Management: Strategies for Success."

The workshop was presented by Dr. Sanaa Dawood Zaki, Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration. She introduced participants to the core principles of supply chain management, covering demand planning and forecasting, procurement and supplier management, inventory and warehousing, as well as transportation and distribution.

The session also highlighted the role of modern technologies in improving logistics efficiency, along with strategies for risk management and performance enhancement to support organizational excellence and long-term business sustainability.

The workshop concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants shared questions and insights that enriched the learning experience.
