His Excellency the university vice President for Educational Affairs Dr. Ahmad Ali Alromeih made a visit to Faculty of Sciences and Humanities in Remah, and he was accompanied by his excellency the consultant and general superintendent of the office his Excellency the university vice PREsident for Educational Affairs Dr. Faisal Faraj Almuteiri and his excellency the vice Dean of Deanship of Admission and Application Mr. Saud Almuqhim on Monday 21/3/1436 corresponding with 12/1/2015. They were received by the Faculty Dean Dr. Bander Abdulaziz Alyahya, the faculty vice Deans, departments heads and the directors of units. After receiving the vice President and the accompanying delegation, a meeting was held with the faculty Dean Dr. Bander Abdulaziz Alyahya and the faculty leaders.The Faculty Dean started the meeting by welcoming his Excellency the University vice PREsident for Educational Affairs and the accompanying delegation. He also congratulated him on gaining the trust of his highness the University Rector for appointing him his deputy for educational Affairs in the university. The Faculty Dean expressed thanks and appreciation to the university vice PREsident for this visit that aims to strengthen and reinforce the academic aspects in the university and raise the level of academic work in the university as well as benefit from the expertise of his excellency the university vice President foe Educational Affairs who has had several positions in the university and assisted in establishing the university. Afterwards, his Excellency the University vice PREsident for Educational Affairs spoke and delivered the regards of his highness the University Rector Dr. Khaled Sa’ad Almuqrin. He clarified that the purpose of the visit is to follow-up the workflow of the examinations and everything the female and male students need in their academic life. Then, his excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs listened to a detailed explanation by the faculty vice Dean for educational affairs Dr. Mohammad Thafer Aldousary on the accomplishments achieved in the faculty. His excellency also listened to the statistics that include the number of students and teaching staff as well as the educational environment in the men’s campus and women’s campus. Then, he concluded his speech with talking on examinations and everything related to the results and necessary forms. Over the phone, her excellency the faculty vice Dean in Women’s campus Mrs. Labeebah Alenizi participated and presented a detailed explanation on the workflow of the academic process and examinations. In fact, everyone listened to some participations and questions raised by some faculty leaders. At the end of the meeting, the faculty Dean extended thanks to his excellency the University vice PREsident for Educational Affairs for this great visit. Then, his excellency the university vice President for educational affairs, his excellency the faculty Dean as well as the accompanying delegation made an inspecting visit to the examinations halls in the men’s campus and he checked how prepared the examinations halls are. He commended on the faculty efforts and examinations committees for meeting the students’ needs and providing the suitable environment that would help them take tests successfully. Then his excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs Dr. Ahmad Ali ALromeih was seen off along with the accompanying delegation with great hospitality like he was received. His Excellency the University vice President for Educational Affairs made a visit to Faculty of Medicine in Alzulfi and Faculty of Sciences and Humanities on Tuesday 13/1/2015. The visit included a number of activities started with inspecting the students examinations and meeting with the teaching staff as well as some leaders in the faculty. Moreover, it included inspecting the unit of assessment and teaching in the faculty. His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Ali Alromeih clarified that this visit is based upon the directives of his highness the University Rector for meeting the faculties needs and knowing the examinations situation. Also, it aims to meet the teaching staff to open up new horizons of cooperation between the university vice presidency for educational affairs and the faculties. Dr. Alromeih also stated that this visit is not the last one as there will be some follow-up visits God willing and he wished the university faculties a lot of success and prosperity.
