Training Program for Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs’ Staff

On Thursday, 2nd Jumada Al-thani 1440 AH, upon the approval of the Vice- Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Rumaih, the Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs, represented by the Department of Academic Programs and Development, conducted a training program entitled” developing the skills of positive interaction with the work environment” presented by Dr. Abdurrahman Al-Qwasmi. This program is part of the Vice-Rector’s Office concern to develop the staff’s performance and being positive at work environment. Attended by a number of staff, the trainer introduced the concepts of work environment from the employees’ point of view and its role in enhancing a positive work environment. Moreover, he discussed the most important interactive interpersonal skills that a staff employee must have. He, also, displayed some models related to the work environment and discussed them with the trainees.
