NOMINATIONS FOR SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAMS AT INSTITUTE OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

As the General Department for Planning and Administrative Development is always keen on providing all that there is to develop the University affiliates’ skills, it has issued a circular to all parties at the University stating that the nominations for the General Administration Institute's training programs for the summer semester of the academic year 1435/1436 AH are close. The programs will be available in all branches of the Institute (the Main Center in Riyadh - the Female Branch in Riyadh – the Eastern Region Branch - Mecca Region Branch - Asir Region Branch) the nominations will begin on Sunday, 06/23/1436 AH. As was explained before, the procedures are as follows: First, administrative staff who are on duty and wish to register in the training programs at the Institute should log on to "the training program guide" at Institute’s website via the link: http://webservices.ipa.edu.sa/Daleel/ProgListTrn.aspx or http://eservice.ipa.edu.sa/pls/daleel/ trn_inq.actjob in order to check the list of available programs in the summer semester, and to fill in the nomination form (the employee should attach the form, which must be accurate and the programs must be compatible with and suit the candidates’ position, and ratified by the employee’s administrator (Vice Rector / Dean / directors of independent departments). Second: the nomination form must be sent after filling it and after it’s been ratified via the administrative correspondence system to the General Department of Planning and Administrative Development, with an attached speech from the department detailing the number of forms in that department, no later than Saturday 22/6/1436 AH, in order for it to be entered into the nomination system by the responsible parties at the Department. Third, in the event of a desire to withdraw from a training program, we hope that the designated employee fill the excuse form via electronic forms in the e-services portal and electronically ratify it, taking into account that it should be submitted at least five working days before the start of the program. Fourth, according to the regulations of the Institute, any trainee excluded from training for failing to show up, will not be eligible for another nomination for any of the Institute's programs for a period of six months from the date of exclusion. Represented by the Training Unit, the General Department for Planning and Administrative Development would like you to know that it will not accept any forms that have not been ratified by the responsible administrator, or which contain inaccurate data.
