Penalty Shoot-outs Decide Most of Sixteenth Tournament Matches of University Staff Tournament of Football

Penalty Shoot-outs have decided most of the sixteenth tournament matches of University staff tournament of football. The football matches of the sixteenth university staff tournament of footall have started last Saturday and Sunday evenings 25-26/5/1434 with eight matches in the playground of Prince Salman Abdulaziz Sporting City in Almajma'ah. The first match was between the teams of Faculty of Sciences and Humanities in Houtat Sadeer and Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education. The game ended in a draw 1-1. The student Majed Alhumeid scored the goal for the team of Faculty of Sciences and Humanities in Houtat Sadeer, and Ibrahim Almanna'a for the team of Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education. After that, Faculty of Sciences and Humanities ended the match with penalty shoot-outs to qualify for the quarter-final. The match was refereed by four referees Nayef Almureikhi, Yaser Altuweijri, Abdulaziz Alawlah and Abdullah Altuweijri.

In the second match, the team of Deanship of Quality and Skills Development played against the team of Administration of Project and Technical Affairs; the game ended in a draw 1-1. Saud Alrabee'a scored a goal for the team Deanship of Quality and Skills Development, and Abdullah Mukhallad scored a goal for the team of Administration  of Projects and Teachnical Affairs. In fact, Administration ended the game with penalty shoot-outs to qualify for the quarter-final. The match was refereed by four referees Nayef Almaraikhi,  Nasser Altuweijri, Abdullah Altuweijri and Naser Altuweijri.

In the third match, the team of Faculty of Sciences in Alzulfi played against the team of Deanship of Electronic Education and Distance Learning. The match ended in a draw 0-0. In fact, the team of Faculty of Sciences in Alzulfi ended the match with penalty shoot-outs to qualify for the quarter-final. The match was refereed by four referees Nayef Almureikhi, Naser Altuweijri, Abdulaziz Alawlah and Abdullah Altuweijri.           

In the fourth match, the team of Faculty of Education in Alzulfi and Administration of Colleges Complex played against each other. The match ended in a draw 2-2, but the team of Administration of Colleges Complex in Alzulfi ended the match with penalty shoot-outs to qualify for the quarter-final.

On the second day, the team of Faculty of Medicine and the team of Faculty of Community played the game in the first match. The match ended 1-0 in favor of Faculty of Medicine team whose player Ahmad Alosseilan scored a goal to qualify for the quarter-final. 

 

In the second match, the team of Faculty of Education in Almajma'ah played against the team of Faculty of Engineering, and the game ended in a draw 1-1. Abdulaziz Aldahsh scored the goal for the team of Faculty of Education, and Abdullah Alomar scored the goal for the team of Faculty of Engineering. However, the team of Faculty of Education decided the game with penalty shoot-outs to qualify for the quarter-final.

In the third match, the team of Deanship of Preparatory Year played against the team of Medical Center. The match ended in favor of the team of Medical Center 2-1. Saud Alzuweid scored two goals for the team of Medical Center, and Abdullah Dhawi scored a goal for the team of Deanship of Preparatory Year. However, the team of Medical Center qualifies for the quarter-final.

In the fourth match, the team of Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences played against the team of Faculty of Business Administration. The match ended in favor of the team of Faculty of Business Administration 5-0. Bander Alammar scored two goals; Salem Alkhaibari scored two goals; and Abdullah Alhuweimel scored one goal. Thus; the team of Faculty of Business Administration qualifies for the quarter-final.

Enthusiasm and strong competition were very obvious in all participatory teams
