Deanship of Student Affairs Delegates the University Students to King Abdulaziz City for Sciences and Technology

As part of the plan of Deanship of Student Affairs and in accordance with the University Rector's directions of performing the role of student activities to meet the university aspirations, Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by Department of Cultural and Social Activities, has made a visit with a student delegation to King Abdulaziz City for Sciences and Technology for three consecutive days. The student delegation consisted of 15 students under the supervision of cultural and social activities supervisors. Throughout the visit, the students were introduced to all available technologies. On the first day, the students visited Petrochemicals Research center, NANO Technology National Center and Space Research Center. On the second day, the student delegation paid a visit to the solar village in Aloyainah. On the last day, the visit was to the program Baader(Take initiative) for Technology Incubators. Deanship vice Dean for student activities Mr. Khaled Ibrahim Alofeisan indicated that the purpose of the visit is to help students show their talents and innovations through the student activities. Also, such activities will support them emotionally and morally. The vice Dean mentioned that such a visit is one of the unique visits Deanship has made. The visit has been a scientific practical intensive program that has benefitted the participatory students.
