Under the sponsorship of Dean of Student Affairs his Excellency Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi, management of sporting activities in Deanship of Students Affairs concluded Deanship Cup Championship for volleyball on Monday 26/1/1434, on the closed playground in Prince Salman Abdulaziz Sports City in Almajma'ah.
The sponsor of the match his Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Alghemeizi conferred honor, at the end of the tournament, upon the Youth Welfare Office in Alamjmaah for hosting the tournament matches. Also, he honored the referees of the tournament who are: Mohamed Alhaddab, Abdulaziz Al-Abdullatif, Youssef Al youssef and Abdullah Almashal.
After that, the sponsor of the final match conferred honor upon the distinguished players in the tournament. Faculty of Education in Alzulfi volleyball player Waleed Albasri won the Cup for the best volleyball server. Nayef Aliessa (from Faculty of Education in Almajmaah) received the Cup for the best volleyball attacker. Khaled Al-Mutairi (from Faculty of Business Administration) won the cup for the best volleyball digger. Ibrahim Alyoussef received the Cup for the best future player in Faculty of Education in Almajmaah.
After that, College of Business Administration players received their bronze medals for getting the third position. Then Faculty of Education (in Alzulfi) players received their silver medals for getting the second position. Afterwards, champions of the tournament (from Faculty of Education in Almajma'ah) received their golden medals for getting the first position. Thus, Faculty of Education in Almajmaah received two cups: Deanship Cup for volleyball and Deanship Cup for Football.
The final match was attended by faculties (honored for winning the deans and vice deans in the final, his Excellency deanship vice dean for sporting activities Mr. Khalid Alofaisan and members of the management of sporting and scouting activities.
His Excellency the supervisor of sporting and scouting activities Mr. Nasser Alhanou highly praised the high competition in the tournament and the great extent of cooperation between the organizing committee and the Trustees of students' activity that had an impact on the success of the tournament. Mr. Alhanou offered thanks to the Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Alghemeizi for continuous follow-up and support for all sporting and scouting activities.
At the conclusion of the tournament, Dr. Alghemeizi offered thanks and acknowledgements, on behalf of Deanship of Student Affairs, colleges and university students and the great audience who attended the final match, to the University Rector Dr. Khaled Saad Al-Muqrin for his wise directions and constant keenness on urging Deanship of Students Affairs to provide university female and male students with best programs and the best services.
